Do you review files before printing?

Yes. A file review is part of the process, and we check resolution, crop, and profile details before production. If we notice an issue, we explain what needs to be corrected before printing.

Should I order a test print?

Yes. A test print is recommended for photo and art printing, especially when paper choice or tone matters. It is billed separately from the final order.

How long does production take?

Production usually takes 3 to 6 business days after files and details are confirmed. Final timing depends on material availability, quantity, and studio capacity.

How can I place an order?

We accept file upload, email, and consultation appointments. For larger or more detailed jobs, an appointment helps us review paper, size, and quantity before production.

Can I collect my prints in Bangkok?

Yes. We support studio appointments and collection in Bangkok, and we also work with customers who send files remotely before visiting for pickup.
